Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson strives to be a good corporate citizen. In Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson’s mission, it is our chosen responsibility to make substantial and significant contributions in order to strengthen the social, educational, and cultural fabric of this community. We recognize there are many causes worthy of support, but by focusing our resources in one area we feel our impact is greater.

Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson will try to respond to your contribution request if we can identify with the effort or the cause. We try not to base our decision upon whether our own self-interest will be helped by responding or hurt by not responding.

We will ask three questions:

Due to the exceedingly large number of inquiries, please understand that we are unable to grant all requests. Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson will review requests on a monthly basis and recipients will be notified accordingly. We request that your organization complete and submit the following Donation Request Form. The form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.
