Harley-Davidson of Baton Rouge has an immediate opening for a part-time with potential to become full-time Parts & Accessories Counter Specialist. Responsibilities include working directly with multiple “walk-in and telephone” customer’s at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction. Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously. Communicate with customers about in-store promotions, special events, and new H-D & Aftermarket Accessories available within our dealership. Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and organized for customer’s to enjoy. Retail Parts/Accessories experienced preferred, but not necessary. Current motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
