| Each year the American Heart Association has The Capital Area Heart Walk. Capital Area Heart Walk on Saturday, April 4th, 2009. Supporting the fight against heart disease and stroke is a rewarding experience and is really very simple. Teams are created to collect money and walk at the Heart Walk. We have a team!! The team name is the same as the bike night. Our contributions will be logged during the year on their website under our team name. Initially, you can go to http://capitalareaheartwalk.kintera.org/, click on FIND A COMPANY and find Craig and Greg's Wednesday Night Bike Night. You will be able to see us track our donations. You also will be able to make personal donations online. The Heart Walk is scheduled for Saturday, April 4. We have planned a ride! We will meet at McAlister's at 7:00am, leave from there at 7:30am, and ride as a group to the Heart Walk. We will have our own team t-shirts. And the hard part, WE WILL WALK!!!!!!
