I was needing to get my new street glide in for the 1,000 mile service. My local dealer wasn't able to get me in so i called and spoke with Amy in service. Amy was very helpful and professional and got me taken care of. I showed up to get my service done and was very impressed with the entire staff there. I have been looking for a certain "2011 Street Glide" with the power pack for sometime now. Since I will be in town for a few years I went by Baton Rouge HD to just check it out. There on the Floor was a bike, 2011 Black Street Glide w/Power Pack. Joe, the salesman came over and I asked many questions about the bike. To bottom line everything, we agreed on a more than fair price and I purchased the bike. I also had a few things done to the bike, True Rhinehart's, Power Commander, and Hi Flow air filter, before I picked it up. Roland, the financial person, I dealt with was straight up and there were no hidden charges. One question I asked was, "What about service after the sale." Again to bottom line this, when I picked the bike up there was a little skip to it. I called Joe and let him know about this. He told me to bring the bike back and they would take care of it. Bottom line again is that they backed up what they said they would do. From sales, to financial and service I am more than pleased with my purchase.

Purchased my 2008 Ultra Classic 105th Anniversary Edition from H-D of Baton Rouge and let me say that my experience there was the best that I have ever had from any M/C dealership period. The salesman Earnest Jackson was very helpful and patient with me even though he had to deal with me numerous times before I finally decided and purchased. I just bought my Sportster last Tuesday. The guys and girls at Harley Baton Rouge were great to me. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about when I asked questions. I rented a motorcycle for a friend. I know absolutley nothing about motorcycles but Greg walked me through the process. He was very helpful with all the prices upfront. I recently had a problem with my 2008 Harley-Davidson 1200N. Upon calling the HD of BR Service Department, I discovered that they had approximately 3-4 days wait to get into service. After talking with Jeff, he told me to bring the bike in right away, and he would have the tools ready for the fix. Jeff took care of me on the spot! He turned the wrenches while I secured the bike for him. He really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Thank you Jeff!!

We traded our 2009 Ultra for a 2011 TriGlide and we're extremely happy with our new bike. Mr. Roland Escher helped us through the purchase process and was great to work with; a real professional. There were a few bumps in the sale but, overall, we would definitely recommend HDBR. We came back for our second purchase and would be back if ever we buy a third bike.
